Do exchange partners have to sign a contract?

The swappers can sign a contract. This would help to avoid or resolve any problems during an exchange. You can download the attached contract entitled "Exchange Contract" and have both parties sign. However, such a contract has no legal value and does not in any way attest the successful completion of the exchange deal. swapandtravel.com only assumes a third party role and will not take part in signing the contract.

Can one take part in a home exchange even if he/she is renting a home?

Yes, anyone with a home, a RV, a caravan or other things can take part. If your home is rented, check first for permission from your landlord. Ideally, the permission should be written and signed. Check your lease. Also, in this case, swapandtravel.com cannot be held responsible, in case of litigation between the tenant and the landlord.

Will I be reimbursed if my exchange partner cancels or if an exchange deal is not reached in the course of your membership period?

Before registering at swapandtravel.com, you accepted its terms and conditions, this stipulates that there will be no refund even if no exchange deal is concluded. However, if you have questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us. Our contact information can be found at the top of the home page.

How to register to swap and travel ?

To register, follow the instructions below :

Click on Suscribe now on the left side and choose the desired package. After reading and accepting terms and conditions, click on Continue. Fill out your profile and answer questions by specifying the desired habitat you look for and  searched destinations. Then click on Subscription done. You are now a member of swap and travel.

Once registered, what do I do to add  an exchange offer concerning my house, my flat or my mobile home like RV, caravan or other ?

Once registered, log in by filling the boxes Username and password and click on Sign in. Then click on Your member zone. You can now add an offer by clicking on link below. You have now to fill out the form by responding to questions, discribing your home or mobile home  that you offer in exchange and adding photos if you can.

How to add photos to my offer ?

When you complete the registration form, you could add a picture to your offer. To do this, click on BROWSE and choose the picture you want to add, then click on Open and SUBMIT. Do the same with the following pictures. When you have downloaded all the photos you want, click on DONE

You can also add your photos later by connecting to your member's zone and clicking on EDIT. The procedure to download the photos is then identical to the one above
